Please be aware that as a small business we are heavily impacted by last minute cancellations and no shows. We pride ourselves on providing you with top quality care at Injectables by Maddy-Jane. At present, we do not require you to pay a deposit for treatments, however you will need to put in your card details to secure your appointment.
When you cancel your appointment without enough notice, regardless of the reason, the opportunity to contact another client to fill the appointment time is missed. A $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your card if you do not give the appropiate 48 hours notice based on the lost time for the injector. Thankyou for understanding.
