Cancellation Policy

At time of booking we require debit / credit card details to secure your booking. No deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This can be done via the online booking system.
We require at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.
Any cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 late notice fee.
The late notice fee can be used towards your next appointment however, this fee is non-refundable.
If you fail to reschedule your appointment within 3 months of the original appointment date, you forfeit the right to use the $100 late notice fee towards your next appointment.
You may reschedule your appointment 2 times outside the 48 hour notice period. Any further appointment reschedules will incur the $100 late notice fee.
Note the late notice fee may be waived in adverse circumstances at the discretion of Injectables by Maddy-Jane Pty Ltd.
Injectables by Maddy-Jane Pty Ltd have the right to refuse treatment to any client at anytime.
